Voluntary 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a voluntary 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days from the date you receive the goods to request a return.

Return Requirements

A return is only possible if the item is in exactly the same condition in which you received it. The item must be unworn, unused and undamaged, with all labels attached, and must be returned complete and in its original packaging.

The original packaging must be complete and unopened. Seals, protective films or hygiene seals must not have been removed or damaged. Items with opened, damaged or partially opened packaging are excluded from return to the extent permitted by law.

A receipt or other suitable proof of purchase is required for every return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us in advance by email at service@caremare.net. Returns sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Returns must be sent exclusively to the following address:

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item has been delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us without delay so that we can review the matter and offer an appropriate solution.

Items Excluded from Return

The following items in particular are excluded from return:

– Opened or unsealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons
– Personal care and hygiene products
– Perishable goods, such as food or plants
– Custom-made and personalised items
– Hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases
– Promotional, discounted or clearance items
– Gift cards

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available. The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item following approval of the return and place a new order.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal within the European Union

Irrespective of the voluntary return policy, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for deliveries within the European Union.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email. Sending the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Under the right of withdrawal, the goods must be in as-new condition, unopened, unused and complete in their original packaging. Opened or unsealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Important Notice

Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by the voluntary return policy and continue to apply independently.
