Shipping policy
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and all other price components. Shipping costs may be charged in addition; the applicable rates are set out on this page. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import charges may also apply (see the section "Customs duties, import taxes and other charges").
Countries we ship to
We deliver to Germany, to all countries of the European Union, to Switzerland and to the USA. Delivery to a DHL Packstation is not possible.
Delivery times
All times apply from receipt of payment.
- Germany: 2–4 working days
- Other EU countries and Switzerland: 5–8 working days
- USA: 7–14 working days, depending on customs clearance
- Express within Germany: delivery on the next working day for orders placed by 12:00 noon on a working day

Shipping costs
- Germany: EUR 4.90 flat rate – free of shipping charges for orders of EUR 40 or more
- Express within Germany: EUR 13.50
- Other EU countries: EUR 11.90 flat rate
- Switzerland: EUR 13.90 flat rate
- USA: EUR 24.90 flat rate
All amounts are quoted in euros. Orders from Switzerland and the United States are billed at checkout in the local currency (CHF and USD respectively); the amount shown at checkout applies.
Deliveries within Germany are made with DHL GOGREEN PLUS.
Payment
For standard delivery, all payment methods shown at checkout are available to you. For express delivery within Germany, payment is only possible by credit card or PayPal.
Customs duties, import taxes and other charges
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union – such as Switzerland or the USA – customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by the carrier may apply. These charges are borne by you and are not collected by us.
Returns
Information on returns and on your right of withdrawal can be found in our Refund and Withdrawal Policy. If you return goods from within Germany, we bear the cost of the return. If you return goods from another country, you bear the direct cost of the return.
