The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and all other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply; the applicable amounts can be found on this page. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import charges may also apply; please refer to the section “Customs Duties, Import VAT and Other Charges”.
Countries We Deliver To
We deliver to Germany, all countries within the European Union, Switzerland, and North and South America. Delivery to DHL Packstations is not available.
Delivery Times
Within Germany: 2–4 business days after receipt of payment.
Other EU countries and Switzerland: 5–8 business days after receipt of payment.
North and South America: 7–14 business days after receipt of payment, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Express delivery within Germany: Delivery on the next business day for orders placed on business days before 12:00 noon.
Shipping Costs
Germany: Flat rate of €4.90. Orders with a value of €40 or more are delivered free of charge within Germany.
Express delivery within Germany: €13.50. Payment for express delivery is available exclusively by credit card or PayPal. For standard delivery, all payment methods displayed during checkout are available.
Other EU countries: Flat rate of €11.90.
Switzerland: Flat rate of €13.90.
North and South America: Flat rate of €24.90.
